A glimpse of dehydration
Dehydration is the loss of water in the body due to the body’s biological processes.
When you see dehydration, it’s when your body can’t adequately replenish the lost water. This low water level makes it difficult for the body to perform normal processes.
This is because 75% of the body is made up of water, and most of the water is inside the body’s cells.
The rest is in the blood vessels. When you are dehydrated, you may experience these symptoms.
Dry mouth
Falling from hand to foot
Very thirsty
Less urination
Color of urine
Being bored
Physical discomfort.
