Causes of vision loss

When one eye’s focal point is better than the other’s, it is a loss of vision. There are 3 types depending on the reason.

Vision loss with double vision is the most common cause.

Misalignment of the two eyes causes double vision, and the brain ignores the vision coming from the misaligned eye.

The eye position is normal. In some cases, it is due to refractive errors in both eyes.

The brain uses only the eye with less refractive error and ignores the other side’s blurred vision.

At that time, due to the lack of use of the other side, the eyesight is weak.

It is caused by something blocking the light entering the eye, such as a congenital clouding. Treating cloudiness is really important to get normal vision.
