Exercise – 1
Hold a pencil or pen up and stare carefully.
Slowly draw the pencil to the front of the face.
Then move the pencil away from the face.
Exercise -2
Without moving your head, look 360 degrees from left to right at the eyes only (about 3 seconds).
Then watch it slowly from night to night. This eye exercise is the easiest and most effective.
You can do this exercise five times. Blink your eyelashes after each one.
