The best ways to relieve eye strain

As soon as you feel that your eyes are strained

Pause the process and rest. (20-20-20 rule)

Massage the eyes.

Rub the palms together and when warm, press the heel of the hand on the closed eye for about 30 seconds. Then open your eyes again. You can do this 3 to 5 times.

Cucumber paste.

Let the cucumber cool in the fridge and slice it thinly. Then apply cold cucumber on the strained eye and rest.

When you don’t have cucumber, you can stick it with a steel spoon.

Squinting does not cause any bad consequences.
