To prevent loss of water in the winter
Even though it’s winter, the body still needs water. So, just like any other season, you need to hydrate.
It is especially important for elderly grandparents. Because as you get older, your body loses water, It’s because they can no longer tolerate even a little bit of nutritional deficiencies.
Therefore, in order to avoid water loss in the winter, you need to do the following things.
Is it because you still lose water in the winter?
I can’t imagine not losing water because I don’t sweat in the winter.
As the body loses water regularly through metabolic processes, it can also happen through factors that you are not aware of.
If you are a grandparent, there are many factors that can cause you to lose water in the winter.
For example
The weather
Except for the mountainous regions, Myanmar’s winters are not as cold as before.
It’s only cold in the early morning and early evening, and the rest of the time it’s still hot. The weather is hot during the day and cool at night.
So, during the day, I sweat like in summer. It’s hard to live with the dirt.
I don’t want to get angry
If you tell your grandparents to drink water, it’s cold at night. I’ve heard it said that you’re going to get a hole.
So, when I drink less water not only at bedtime, but throughout the day, my body becomes less hydrated while sitting.
In addition, it is cold at night and they are not very thirsty and do not remember to drink water. This is also one of the reasons for low hydration.
