Uttanasana Pose
If you are going to do this post, stand straight. Put your hands on your hips and take a deep breath.
Then, while exhaling, slowly bend your body to the east. Place your arms behind your legs.
Bring your face as close to your knees as possible, then slowly return to the normal position.
Legs Up on the Wall Pose
Doing this post regularly will improve blood flow and bring more oxygen to the face. It can remove toxins from the body and prevent skin damage caused by free radicals.
Sit in front of a wall facing the wall. Then slowly lower your back to the floor and lift your legs straight up to the wall.
Stretch both arms straight out to the side. Close your eyes and breathe properly.
