What is nearsighted?
Myopia, also known as nearsightedness, is a vision disorder in which you can see near objects clearly but cannot see things far away. If you have myopia, it is often difficult to see distant objects.
For example, use road signs. You can definitely see it from four feet away. This condition can develop slowly or rapidly and often worsens during childhood and adolescence
How common is nearsightedness?
This medical condition is most common in people between the ages of 8 and 12, but it can happen at any age. It can be controlled by reducing the causes of pain. Consult your doctor for more information.
